Headed by expert restaurateur Mr. Essa Behbehani , who has over 17 years of experience world wide, and his team of multinational professionals. Ms. Vida Tayebi, UK based project manager turned this Greek dream to reality. Chef Ntinos Fotinakis, one of Greece’s most influential chefs with a resume that includes top restaurants around the world, developed OKTO’s outstanding menu.
